When nine GP surgeries in Weston-super-Mare joined forces to form a superpartnership, they needed a brand that would improve patient perception and position them as a modern, forward-thinking healthcare provider.
The identity had to balance professionalism with warmth — clear and trustworthy for patients, inspiring for staff, and appealing to new talent.
Think! designed a flexibile, bold and colourful brand to work across a wide variety of communication channels. Since launch, Pier Health has become a well-recognised name across North Somerset, while individual surgeries have their own identities.
The brand gave the individual practices a visible identity which made them feel part of something bigger.
